Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited has effected the 2019 amendments on mandatory Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) disclosure in its listing rules for both the Main Board and the Growth Enterprise Market. To enhance the construction industry’s awareness of ESG and facilitate ESG disclosure by construction related companies, this webinar will share the latest updates on corporate ESG practice and reporting, as well as the launch of the new CIESG Reporting Service.

The CIESG Reporting Service offers companies and organisations in the construction industry an annual report of their participation in ESG related CIC activities and services. Listed companies could monitor their ESG performance and compile their own ESG report based on the information provided in the CIESG Report.
