  3. All bookings will be processed on a first-come-first-served basis. A notification e-mail will be sent to the applicant to confirm the booking.
  4. Failure to provide sufficient and accurate data may affect the processing time and the outcome of application.
  5. Upon acceptance of booking, applicants can settle the payment by cash or Octopus Card at ZCB Reception on the day of visit.
  6. Visitors should arrive at the ZCB Reception 10 minutes before the tour starts. Otherwise, their places will be released.
  7. Student or concessionary ticket applicants are required to show a valid identification, such as student card or HK I.D. card.
  8. Use of public transport is encouraged. Parking for the disabled and tour coaches can be arranged subject to availability.

  13. The box office will open 10 minutes before each tour to sell any remaining tickets of the tour.
  14. The use of ZCB logo on marketing and promotional materials must be approved by the ZCB before use.
  15. ZCB visitors are encouraged to dress lighter for comfort in an eco-conscious manner during the summer months (please refer to (CLO*). By doing so, it reduces the need for a low-temperature air-conditioning operation and hence conserves energy.
*CLO is a unit to describe the thermal insulation of clothing. A CLO value of 0.5 is equivalent to light-weight trousers and short-sleeved shirt. A CLO value of 0.7 is equivalent to trousers and a long-sleeved shirt. Wearing a jacket or tie will give a higher CLO value.
