In August, I was invited to speak at the "Greater Bay Area Talent Port Lecture Series," co-organised by the Hong Kong SAR Development Bureau, Guangdong’s Human Resources Department, and South China University of Technology. I shared insights on industry trends and Hong Kong’s practical experience. The rapid development of the Greater Bay Area highlights its economic and technological strength. For Hong Kong’s construction sector, strengthening ties with regional universities and professionals presents valuable opportunities and helps nurture talent with a broader strategic vision.
