Monthly training allowance

Starting monthly pay point (including monthly training allowance)

$16,500*

Bonus (released by phases)

Additional bonus (upon completion of training and acquisition of recognised professional qualification)

$4,000

Training period

*The specified minimum monthly wages and training allowances are subject to change upon review by the Construction Industry Council / Hong Kong Institute of Construction with considerations of factors including inflation.
