“Group C” Contractors in the Development Bureau’s List of Approved Contractors for Public Works (for any works category or group); or
Registered General Building Contractors (RGBC) in the Buildings Department (at least one construction project with a contract sum of HKD$400M or above in the past three years); or
Registered Subcontractors under CIC’s Registered Specialist Trade Contractors Scheme (RS); for all Trade Group, Trade Code and Trade Specialty (at least one construction project with a contract sum of HKD$400M or above in the past three years)
