RMAA Contractor

Registered General Building Contractors (RGBC) in the Buildings Department (at least one construction project with a contract sum of up to HKD$100M in the past three years); or
Registered Minor Works Contractors (RMWC) in the Buildings Department; or
Registered Specialist Trade Contractors under CIC’s Registered Specialist Trade Contractors Scheme (RSTC); for designated trades of Building Maintenance and Interior Fitting-out
