" In the past ten years, a total of 179 workers were killed in fatal construction accidents, the fatalities in private sector are four times that of government sector. Repair, maintenance, alteration, and addition (RMAA) works have the highest number recorded, accounting for 40% of all fatal accidents in the construction industry. If we could improve the safety performance of building works in private sector on a par with that in the government sector, more than a hundred lives could have been rescued. "
