Mr. Frank HEUNG Hon-wing is a seasoned commercial banker with over 30 years’ experience in various local and foreign financial institutions. Graduated from the University of Hong Kong, Frank has started his career as relationship manager of corporates from different sectors, including manufacturing, retail, construction, property development and investment etc.In 2006, Frank has joined Hang Seng Bank and later taken up management roles in Commercial Banking Division. Frank is presently working as Head of Structured Finance, Commercial Real Estate and Corporate Advisory with two product teams and one relationship team in Taiwan under management. Last year, he has established Green Loan Team in Hang Seng Bank to promote green financing and originate both bilateral and syndicated green transactions. He is also Hang Seng Bank’s representative in Hong Kong Green Finance Association and Asia Pacific Loan Market Association.

Graduated from the University of Hong Kong, Dr. FAN is currently working as an Associate Consultant of Surgical Department, Honorary Clinical Assistant Professor at CUHK, mentor of the Jockey Club School of Public Health and Primary Care at CUHK, and Elite Mentor of MBA program at CUHK.Dr. FAN is the Awardee of the Second Hong Kong Humanity Award. He dedicated himself to humanitarianism works. He had been deployed to conflict zones and areas with natural and man-made disasters, working in the front line in Kenya, Sri Lanka, Sichuan, Gaza, Haiti and Libya, etc. He was also the President of Medecins Sans Frontieres (Hong Kong Office) between 2008 to 2014.Striving to extend the support to people in need, Dr. FAN cofounded “Health in Action” in 2011, providing community health services for local working poor families and ethnic minorities. In 2014, Dr. FAN also established “Forget Thee Not”, to promote life-death education and eco funeral. Both the charities help push the long-term sustainable development of the city.

Mr. CHENG Ka-ho is a former Captain of the Hong Kong Wushu Team and the Awardee of Ten Outstanding Young Persons Selection 2009. He is currently working with Lee Kee Group as the Business Development General Manager. He earned a Master degree in Business Administration from the Executive MBA Program at City University of Hong Kong, a Master degree in Chinese Modern and Contemporary Literature from the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences and a Bachelor degree in Sports Training Education from the Beijing Sports University of Physical Education.Being born in a martial arts family of great renown, CHENG’s determination in promoting sport for all was established ever since. He played Nanquan and Nangun for Hong Kong in various international games over the years. He was a thrice champion of World Wushu Championships (Nanquan and Nangun).After the retirement of an athlete, CHENG never stops improving himself. With his perseverance, he has successfully transformed from an athlete to corporate management with great achievements. He also contributes to society through sharing the mind and spirit which has gone through over the years with youngsters.
