Access to Personal Data

 

In accordance with Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (PDPO), data subjects have the right to request to be informed by a data user on whether the data user holds personal data of them and have the right to request to be supplied with a copy of such data. The data user can also impose a fee for such personal data access request with reference to PDPO.
