The CIC provides training subsidies for collaborative partners, as well as trainee allowances and bonuses for people aspiring to develop their career in the construction sector.
As commissioned by the Government, the CIC administers the “Urban Forestry Support Fund – Trainee Programme” to train arborists and tree climbers.
This scheme follows "first-hire-then-train" approach. Trainees are first employed by the employer, then they will receive an initial training provided by the CIC.
