Starting as from 1st July 2023, all users have to make use of the Levy E-service Platform to submit Levy Forms.

Please note that submission of information over the platform may subject to interruption, transmission blackout, delayed transmission due to internet traffic or incorrect data transmission due to public nature of the internet. The Council cannot assume responsibility for malfunctions in communication facilities not under its control which may affect the accuracy or timeliness of messages sent.
